Elliot and Paul go back to 5th grade; he later met Greg and Derek in middle school. Once upon a time, Elliot had grand dreams of being the next big rock drummer until he realized just how good Greg was. At that point, he resorted to trying to sing...it's obviously a work in progress!

Totally new to this whole music scene, Kristen is in fake-it-til-you-make-it mode.  We think her pretend game is on point and we plan to keep her around for a bit to see what happens, since she's the only one that can pull off Freddie Mercury.

Scott may be the new guy, but he's been in the music scene his whole life and ironically played with Derek's brother in college.  (We figured that out on practice #3). He's toured in Denver and LA, and even had his single played on the radio and was featured in Relix magazine.  He's legit...maybe a little too legit to quit...

A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, Derek has been performing publicly in rock and jazz groups since he was 14 years old.  He’s also 6”-8” tall and takes up a lot space on stage, so if you know of a smaller keyboard player/singer that is available, please let Cold Step management know.

Apparently developing software, teaching, and coaching wasn't enough, so we talked Paul in to adding bassist to his career profile as well.  Elliot may have resorted to playground bullying tactics, but we got him!

This PhD candidate (yeah, he's a smarty pants) comes from a family of professional musicians.  While his heart may be with jazz, we've talked him in to embracing his inner Neil Peart.
